Master Plan
Morgan Creek is a 546 acre master planned community located in Roseville, Ca. There were three primary builders -- JMC, Lakemont, and William Lyons -- each with many models to choose from. Most lots are a minimum of 1/4 acre and several sub-neighborhoods feature 1/2 acre lots + as the standard. In addition to the approx 450 semi-custom homes constructed by the 3 primary builders, there are over 100 custom home sites available for custom homes.
The family oriented golf club has golf course, pro shop, bar & grill restaurant, card room and luxury pavillion serving as a temporary clubhouse and/or wedding facility. Several parks are within the community and several just outside the community within walking distance.
